By engaging EcomDsk you agree to the terms below alongside any signed statement of work.

Scope, timelines and deliverables are defined per engagement in a written SOW. Anything outside scope is quoted separately.

Fees are invoiced in advance for retainers and against milestones for projects. Late fees may apply after 14 days.

Ownership of final deliverables transfers on full payment. Working files remain our IP unless purchased separately.

We disclaim liability for downtime or losses caused by third-party platforms, marketplaces or hosting providers.
